Please suggest me a good CPM ad network that can be used with adsense?

    I am using adsdaq with Google adsense. But the fill rate is too low.

    Can you please suggest me a good CPM ad network that can be used with adsense and pays well?

    i am willing to pay MORE than any program PER 1000 visitors if the visitors are car / automotive related.
