    The biggest advice I could give you is get rid of all that animation.... it's waaaaaaaaayyyyyyyy too distracting and hurts the eyes.

    It looks good, but the top site flash image it keeps repeating when it goes to different site. You may just want to use .jpg or .gif file to make the image permanent and the size become smaller and faster to upload.

    Looks like it's from 1998. Tone down the animations and add some gloss.

    the problem with your site is your design, hire a new designer and change your design -- Order an eye catching design even if its expensive.

    It is bit difficult to read the text in vertical banner. It will be good if you change it into horizontal one.

    i agree with all the replies...hire anew designer,change test into horizontal one,too much of animation. your plus point - content is good.just keep the site simple, eay to read & navigate. Also it must be User & SEO friendly.
    Try cheking out other similar sites for more reference
