yeh, hostgator is good...but they dont fit your requirements as you say. I'd suggest you to get a cheap celeronD dedicated ~ $65/mo or a nice VPS, considering the amount of visitors.

It's a complete marketing solution. I am not ready to move from there for any web hosting. I also use hostgator.
So far dreamhost is the best for me. I havent had any downtime or anything. Heres what the lowest plan gives. Plus with the promo code in my sig, it cost 28$ for a full year of hosting!
