    Good luck! I think it's the most difficult part when creating a new website... Thinking of a good domain name that is not already registered is a really hard stuff. Did you try to use a domain name generator?

    Thanks for your suggestion, but that name might be good for web hosting review site or web hosting directory. I don't think it's good enough for a web hosting company.

    I can sell the domain http://www.grimhost.com VERY cheap.
    It is rather old so it will rank easier (it won't go into the sandbox), it is a TLD, and is 8 letters.

    What a name! I'm still looking for a short, fine domain name.

    The word, "Grim" makes the domain name inappropriate for me. Thanks anyway.

    Well, you won't get any available 8 letter .com domain for sure... let me know if you are lucky to grab a .com domain ( as per your requirements) with a normal domain registration fees.
    .net domains won't harm your SEO efforts and have their importance !
