Please suggest for insurancefate.com-should I sell it or not?

insurancefate.com is 3 years old domain and already renewed thrice.Almost $40 was already spent for this purpose if I ignore the little promotional cost.
Today I redesigned the site with the paid article directory script-version-3 from submitarticlemarketing.com at $50

The designer charged me $50 for installation and customization .He is about to finish it.

To track income and traffic ,I will need to keep it for several months that is difficult for me at present financial situation.So If I sell it now,is there any possibility of getting my investment back?
