I think that the tags and the tag clouds are too many...but this makes this site different, so it's your choice. The frames around the videos look nice.
Great site. A little dry. The list of videos is a good idea but needs more interest. Maybe add an animated gif to link the vids. A clearer statement about the sites purpose perhaps.
Thanks for your input. The problem is there is no purpose other than some "high paying" keywords list as tags. I was hoping someone could tell me something good to add to give the site a purpose.
