What type of style do you have in mind?

If you want a free theme, head on over to the wordpress repository and just find one you like. There's some pretty good free themes around but most ask for the footer link to remain in tact. While some will remove it anyway, i prefer to play by the rules so I dont often use free ones.

If you dont mind paying out for some then both thesis theme, and woo themes are popular. Woo themes are good to work with and have many different styles, plus the "buy 3 for the price of 1" offer is pretty good value for money. If you want news/video/blog style sites then you cant go wrong.

I used several other pay for themes, and they arent worth it compared to either of the above, IMO.

Im a big fan of Thesis. Some people say the Headway theme is catching up. With both of those you could easily duplicate the current look of your site alhough personally I find red and blue on black a bit much.

If you have some money to invest, you should go for Thesis Theme and hire a designer to design according to your taste.

You can go with premium wp themes as well with a little payment option.

I highly recommend the StudioPress themes. Just pick a theme that has the basic page structure you're looking for and you can customize it to suit your needs. I use StudioPress themes on most of my sites.

That said, I'm currently using Headway on another site and it's pretty nice once you figure out the way it "thinks."

I'd like to add that I've worked a bit with the Thesis theme and while I know lots of people think it's the bee's knees, it just seems to take something that's really easy in WordPress and make it hard. Of course, I know someone who thinks that Headway and the Genesis StudioPress themes do the same thing. LOL!

I personally use the Hybrid Theme Framework. It's open-source, but not as easy to customize as Thesis or Headway. You have to know some basic CSS to change the design of your site.

LukeG28, if you really take your site seriously then I would recommend that you purchase a premium theme.

Elegant Themes and WooThemes currently have the best themes. See the review here -> WooThemes vs ElegantThemes

I would suggest that you go to both sites and browse through their themes to see which one you like.

You should choose a theme for yourself as it is your site. You need to determine your site's look and feel. Note others.
