Please suggest a good ppc

Hi. I'm want to join some website that will pay me everytime someone click my referall/affiliate link, even without any transaction. And I can promote that link directly anywhere(in Google, forums, etc). Can you suggest me a good website with a good payment?

But they only put the ads in my website. I want to be able to promote the link anywhere in the net.

 

Your best bet would be to ask this question in the affiliate section instead.
