Take a look at the "Hot Property" extension to Mosets tree - http://www.mosets.com/hotproperty/ Mosets tree is a commercial grade extension for joomla. Since its commercial grade, its not free. I am not associated with mosets tree in any shape, form or fashion. I know about it because I used mosets on a joomla project I worked on a few years ago.
