    I own and operate www vidieoh dot com and I am wondering just what constitutes illegal videos that my users may or may not upload. Every video sharing site I have ever seen is riddled with clips from south park and or family guy. I could really use some help here friends!

    I was talking to a broadcasting professor at my college and the FCC according to her was saying something about the clip being under 20 secs then it would be fare use. I cant remember for sure what it was.
