    Hey there,

first of all, regarding the color them i suggest you give up that horribly intense green. If you want to attract real visitors, you're going to need a visually appealing layout, so i suggest picking up two complimentary colors or one color + a non-color (white/black). If you're having problems deciding i suggest you use Kuler, the Adobe service available online for free -> http://kuler.adobe.com .They have a bunch of pre-made themes to pick from, so it shouldn't be hard to find your favorite quickly.

second, you should work a bit on the header image. It honestly looks like a bad case of cropping. I suggest you find a more suggestive image that fits your website's topic. Again, there are several websites where you can find free stock photography. I suggest http://sxc.hu/ since most of their images are license-free, but then again you can search the Design forum here on digitalpoint for more options. ALSO try to include your website title in the header image.

third idea, change the font & text format. With the current font and format your website reminds me of the early 90s websites... and that's not a good thing. The Internet is all about new, catchy and professional-looking, you can't afford to lose traffic and business leads because of an obsolete website design. I suggest you pick 2 different fonts: one for the website menus + eventual headlines in your text content and a second one for the written content itself. Then again, change the text format. Any website that keeps a list-like format looks like a scam and people will avoid it. You don't want that.

There's a lot more that could be said on your website design, but i think for now it would work wonders if you kept those suggestions in mind and apply them. If you need any help with the design, i'll be free this weekend and could suggest you/make you a Photoshop (.PSD file) layout example of what your website could/should look like in order to attract more visitors. If you're interested, feel free to PM me, but keep in mind i won't be able to respond you until Friday evening (big shitty exam tomorrow morning, i'm kinda reviewing websites to distract myself from studying at the moment XD)

    Hello

Thank You Apathykills , for your advice , the one thing i did do was delete the highlighted green and the light blue on the site , changed the text format and the font.

the site's background is all white and deleted the highlighted text, down below, My aim with this squeeze page is to get the person looking and reading the page to sign up , and nothing else.

Can anyone come up with any suggestions , what will make people sign up? http://www.how-to-get-six-pack.com/LosingWeightin30Days.htm

Apathykills , Thank You and all the best with your exams.

    Cheers

Very impressive, graphics rich and attractive web site. Need a strong headline, subheadline that will keep your visitors interested in what you have to offer.

    Hello Davidja,

if you want my personal opinion I would go with a more professional looking theme. I know there are loots of sites out there that look like that, but I think you will have more success if your site looks more like THIS. I created the design after failing to find something that suits my needs.

If you want my recommendation go with something professional (no need for you doing the design part) and concentrate on the content!
