    For a publisher

    1. Is it necessary to link the adsense account with digital point to become a publisher?
    2. In the beginning after adding the ad code on my site, will the ads start showing up there like in adsense or yahoo ads, or i have to wait till some advertiser bids for my site?
    3. Can i choose which category ads i will show on my site?
