I am curious to know about example website that received good result from directory submit. It's great if you explain how many backlinks and quality they are.
Find it out for yourself is all I can say. No one really will expose their steps taken for great traffic and seo as a result of directory submissions. But; Yes things work, I have been in this Directory Industry from 2006 and my experience says, You need to know the right way? You need to walk yourself on that Path.
Wont show the site but with mostly directory submissions and a dash of blog commenting, topped off with a few lucky backlinks from other sites without asking i managed to get good rankings for plenty of keywords, PR, sitelinks.....
