    I would work on getting backlinks and creating lots and lots of good content.

    Your site is fine from a onsite/structural point of view, so just get at it.

    We are getting now around 30UV to 35UV a day from google organic traffic there is no improvement how can we improve this?

    It is hard con concentrate on SEO with a site like this, lol
    But maybe you can add more content, more descriptions, improve keyword description and so on
