    i am new in wordpress .. i want to learn conversion of html page to wordpress themes please suggest me best way or best tutorial so i will learn it and develop wordpress theme and i will very thankful to you..

    I'm not sure that's really possible-- wordpress themes are pre-coded so you just have to install the script in your web hosting account.
