Please see if I am using right strategy of promoting ezine articles

Does this build on itself at some point?

I just published another 20 articles on EZA and for the first couple of days after they went live, I got about 40 hits from them resulting in 20 hops to the CB product and one sale. Then the traffic stopped.

I made $40 on 8000 words. I could make more writing on GAF at third-world rates.

I've got about 75 articles total published on EZA and I think I've made about $100 total off them.

 

True, if I count my articles at $3 each guess I will be reacher. Everybody says to submit long tail keywords, but nobody search for them, you just receive initial traffic from EZA, than it is dying. I try to build links to the articles, lets see....By the way I want to write some PLR articles, where can I sell them besides DP?

 

so affiliates who are making monthly 1000-2000$ here on dp thru bum m,arketing ,how they must be doin,which strategy they must be following,since everyone says to target long tail kwd,if that is not effective which other method would be.

 

Most of them must be having many articles online but not articles can be on google page 1.

 

Guys, you don't understand.

When we talk about long tails, obviously, we are talking about those, which get searched at least few times a day.

You have to do your keyword research properly.

If you take the EzineArticles case, when you want to rank your articles on top of Google, then yes, you will need lots of articles targeted at long tails.

So assuming, that they will all rank well, all those long tails, which get searched about 3-4 times a day, will add up to a bigger number.

 

Good point,people should understand that just writing 1 article/keyword will not guarantee that it will rank well in serps,so its always better to write multiple articles for single keyword.Including 2-4 keywords in single article also helps.
