Very well designed The only comment I have is to probably improve the title look / font to make it stand out.

maybe get a template to make it seem more professional? No offence but it just looks like any other blog now ..
Good content, and overall looks nice. But I don't like the black background. I would go with a different template that has a lighter color background...but I could be wrong.

Its a good start! I would try changing the background color to a more inviting color and add some personal design to it. You can tell its the generic blog template. Make it yours!

I'm not usually a fan of the black background but I quite like it on your site. I agree with the above posts, pics keep the site interesting and offer a wee break for the eyes when reading a lot of text. The content is really good, you've got a nack for writing good copy.
