Yeah that logo really looks amateur. Either hire someone for a cool looking logo or create a better one. You need to add Meta Description and Meta Keywords between your <head></head> for seo. Good luck.
The background is very bland, the logo and text above the logo really just don't work. If you could spruce up the them of the page it would be a much nicer site. Overall rating is 3/10 good concept just put more work into it.

Text logo is enough if u could give it good color combination, to get it, go to http://swatchspot.com , and choose a simple type of fonts, to do it go to http://dafonts.com and lastly, maybe u can use ur photoshop skill, as simple as stroke effect... or if u think that's so hard, and wanna get it with an easy way,just announce on contest, for a cheap logo contest,there are many amateur and professional logo creator there....
