    3) SEO related design

    I think it is a really nice looking site.
    full of goodies, nice design.

    but the site loads slowly, it takes several seconds to load all those images. I think if you change all that navigation to text based it would do better. Also better for SEO!

    Seo seems fine, but again, make the navigation text based. link text better than alt tags.

    and get rid of middle gray bar above main content under adwords, maybe align cell to top.

    maybe there is too much contrast with the black then the white, maybe think about that.
