    nice site, easy to navigate and good colour scheme. Maybe make the headings (white on orange tabs) bold or bigger - a little hard to read in my opinion

    For me, I would change the font in use and also the sites logo.
    The bottom of the site seems to be very text heavy. I'm wondering if there is any way to break this up a bit.

    Design is excellent and have lots of links. All are on the home pages but few links in the internal pages. Use javascript menu navigation and insert more pages in the internal pages.
