    i found some things that you should change on your website.
    1. remove google+ link from your <head> section of site and put it on footer links. it is disturbing your site layout.
    2. create a robots file in your root. so search engine crawlers would know what to crawl and what not, i know you are using robots tag in head but having a robots file is a good thing. :)
    3. create a custom 404 error page and give it your homepage link or add search bar instead. so users won't feel odd.

    Build more really relevant links. and make some going to different pages than the main one.

    One more thing -- most of your backlinks i've found are "nofollow". Get more dofollow ones
