    Blend Ad unit with sidebar colour and remove border.Put 5 posts on homepage.Put 300x250 text ads block at right corner and use skyscriper instead of bottom unit.match the colour of page background for above post title ads unit.Make the changes as per my suggestions and observe the growth in earnings.

    ad in your side bar sits very downward. put it some upward side between Recent Posts & User panel.
