    You can make the menu options OS related, for instance, like Android, Windows Mobile, etc. With the pop-up subtegories, which become visible as soon the user clicks on one of the menu tabs. As for the new phones, or the most popular ones, there can be distinguished separate blocks on the right, with the reviews, if there're some. I'd also remove the block with something about mobile casino and make the tag cloud more distinct (font aspect). The borders of separate blocks should also be sharpened.

    Also some is text is over lapping each other which gives bit of bad image of the website...

    Windows OS are good I agree.....But how can you predict that Nokia can get vanished in near future? Android Apps must be there in this blog is my suggestion!
