    I need help in building the design as the CTR is very low as well as the impressions.

    For you who have seen mine before this post is made, that adsense box at the bottom of the page gives 0.. yes ZERO :(

    I would decrease the menu font size and change the font style either, to look more professional.
    Overall it´s a nice and clean blog style.
