Looks pretty good. You do need more members on the forum as there are only a few who post under every topic. Also, the about page needs to be completed as it says it's under construction right now. Good luck with it!

Do you have any suggestions for how I can get more viewers? I agree with the others - you need to choose your target market - make it a specific niche market. There are so many hosting websites out there, all competing for the same thing. So make yours different - don't compete, be unique. If you want to go after businesses, set up your designs, pages, responses, everything that will attract businesses. If you want to target kids, games, sport sites, fashion - it doesn't matter, but choose a niche and then dominate it. By doing that, you can't help but bring traffic to your site. Writing articles about hosting and having a blog on your site that is educational to your niche market - these would add value and get your name out to the world. Don't bother with Adwords - UNLESS you can find a serious niche looking for hosting and then go after it. Some hosting services choose real estate (it's already saturated - I'd leave that one alone), but look at them and see how what they do to target that specific market. You can take what they do and translate it into your own niche. Because webhosting is so generic, if you niche it down, you almost can't help but succeed. And by focusing on that specific niche, you can do videos about hosting for that niche (what is important for the niche market, for instance); articles, blog entries, all kinds of things that will draw traffic; a specific niche traffic who will want exactly what you have.
Your site looks nice. The design is nice and simple. Looks like you might have a good host as well. I would have signed up but you said you're just on a reseller and I prefer to be hosted by a company that owns there own servers. I suggest that you should look into that. Keep it user friendly. I like this sticky chat window near footer. Sometimes people do sucj chat windows very annoying putting them in the center of screen, etc.
