I like the format, tho the ads down the right hand side look a bit messy

With Home, you can have another menu item - something like About -
so that folks would read about what services you are offering.

Even the Home needs some explanation with some good keywords not
only for your customers but for search engines as well.

Hi, you might want to make the banner more attractive. The logo seems like did not stand up from the banner.
The Active forum topics appeared at the right hand side menu seems a bit messy. As for the google ads, you might also want to consider to insert just after each forum table topics. This may create more opportunity to earn through adsense.
