Please review yardmaps.org

    Hi there,
I'm just getting ready to sell yardmaps.org, and need some opinions on what it may be worth? It is a garage sale website that is now live in 100 cities, but since we just launched this month, there is no revenue or traffic yet.

It is integrated with Twitter (sales are tweeted out to each city's twitter account), generates free PDF posters, gives driving directions, etc...

    Thanks
    B

The design looks pretty good. I think you will need a logo for a better look and people will remember your site easily.

I really like your twitter-taste site. Looks professionally designed. Wonder what it will be if the Get Started's box is without border (or reduce its thickness and color).
    Overall you had awesome works.

    Nice design and look professional.

Why are you rushing in selling this great site?

Why not build the traffic and business first and then sell it at a good price?

When it comes to selling a website, you should get about 10x-20x of whatever your site is earning in selling value.
If your site is making $100/month, then you can sell it at $1000.

Site is totally pro, you should, however, think of other ways than ad-sense to squeeze money off of it, think about diverting traffic to eBay and Amazon and smaller sales, deals, and bargain home, kitchen, yard items websites; keeping in mind your customers are usually savvy and look for great deals. I believe you should keep the home page professional looking and delete all commercials, only keep those to other web pages within the site (kind of like what Google does). Good luck!

I agree, its a pro site but could have made posting a listing a little easier.
