Hello, I have this new community website (limited to AdSense Publishers) and would like to have your suggestions regarding building membership and marketing the site to a wider audience.

    Hi
1)Nice site, but it would look much better if you decrease left top logo so signup to contact button would come in one line.
    2) you site is little wide try to fix that, because nobody like going left to right to read on your site.

Hello Shivam thank you for your comment. What screen resolution did you use to browse the site? I targeted screen resolutions starting from 1024x768

    Hi
Yes, i do understand that, but it doesn't matter what you and i use, you have to understand you don't just want your self on your site, so you have to find data of users from worldwide.

Also do the test on many browsers too, mozilla, ie 6 and ie 7, opera, aol explorer and aol browser(populars) and many others too (even they little popolar but at try on top 10 popular browsers

    visite helpfull sites.
    1) http://www.w3schools.com/browsers/browsers_stats.asp
    2) http://www.anybrowser.com/ScreenSizeTest.html
or use script not sure whichone but it will fit your site and change size by it self and doesn't matter what size or screen people do use.

find in or ask in http://forums.digitalpoint.com/forumdisplay.php?f=16
or http://forums.digitalpoint.com/forumdisplay.php?f=17 you might find some help.

Thank you. I target screen resolutions from 1024x768 because I found that people browsing with 800x600 are not so common today as they used to be. They're less than 10% in statistics from other websites I have and they must be used somehow at using the horizontal scrollbar when they surf the web nowadays. Some statistics from a large website doing counters show 16% of users have 800x600 screen resolutions: http://www.thecounter.com/stats/2006/April/res.php
Of course I am aware that screen resolution is different than browser resolution but if one has a 1024x768 screen resolution he's able to maximise his browser to fit my site if that interests him.
The design is very difficult for me to maintain for those in 800x600 on one side and all the others on the other side, I should have made like "liquid-design" which adapts to every resolutions, but I'm not good enough to do that since I still use tables.

Anyone has advices on how to build membership? How to be attractive to people already using AdSense?

Just curious James, since www.senserely.com is not accessible, i.e. for quite a long time now I get "The webpage cannot be found" (title: "HTTP 404 Not Found") in IE9 and "The requested URL /blog/tayiper.php was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request." (title: "404 Not Found") in latest version of Firefox, therefore I am curious: did you close it permanently (and continue only with "She Told Me" and "Best Reviewer") or this is just a (long :)) "temporary" issue?

Thanks for response in any case, tayiper

Hi Tayiper, yes I've let it die, the domain name should be available for takers but it has been renewed by the hosting company, despite that I don't pay it anymore..
In fact I am trying since last summer to focus most of my time on affiliation, not adsense anymore.
