Thanks! Did take a lot of thought into the look and design, the only thing didn't do myself is the orchid pic, it's from a royalty free pic stock, I believe it's done with illustrator?

Though a lot a things I'm planning with the site, still a lot to improve.

 

The site looks good but I think you should consider adding a logo to it.

I'm thinking of adding the following features in web 2.0 ways:

1. User registration / addition of new quotes / celebrities / authors
2. User contributed notes
3. Maybe also develop a community engaging people with the same taste for quotes and authors
