Your website look good to me. Too many games are there to play. But I haven't found bottom navigation as well as Site map. Try to make them. You want more traffic, then start your link building including manual directories submissions, social bookmarks and link exchanges with the relevant websites.
If you want to get more traffic to an arcade site, you will want to look into doing link/banner exchanges with other arcades or arcade topsites. You can get a decent amount of traffic from these. I would also suggest making a little bit more flashy logo. Some of the best arcade sites have neat, flashy logos to catch attention. You might also want to check out Yahoo Answers. I can get some good quality traffic replying to people who are looking for a specific game or just a new arcade site to play on. Good luck!
