What are you trying to do? Piss off all of your visitors? Sure looks like it. And that is ASSUMING that the visitors CAN EVEN SEE WHAT I CAN SEE? Bet @deathshadow has an interesting view of this dung heap since it appears that you are trying to piss everyone off.

 

Wait till load completely... work fine here with firefox

 

How many HOURS am I supposed to wait? It has been FIVE HOURS NOW AND THE PAGE STILL LOOKS THE SAME. Do you REALLY expect ANYONE to wait HOURS for a page load?

But... it took 15 seconds for it to load.

To the OP are you using AJAX to load the site?

Well, 10-15 seconds is WAY to long for a site to load. I do understand you're trying to target this or that particular country, but since it's taking this long for your site to be re-directed you may end up having a huge bounce rate (something like 95%). I'd suggest you reconsider your approach.

Never use a re-direct on the landing page.
This rule triggers when PageSpeed Insights detects that you have more than one redirect from the given url to the final landing page.
