    After clicking that link I got a straight in my face advertisement and an annoying popup. If you lose those two things the site already gets a 1000 times better.

    Always keep away from the popup its really annoying to the visitors, i think design is nice but you should have a better logo

    Still annoying to most visitors, they will close the page and go away. There are alternative less intrusive advertising methods.

    i like the layout it looks really good but the pop-up thing has to go... you should just do banners not pop-ups its the same thing but wont annoy the viewer
