please review Wubb - social business network start up

Hi everyone,
This is a new start up website wubb.com It is a social business networking site.
I need my digitalpoint fellows to review the site. Please tell me what you guys liked about it and also what you dont like.

Please comment on the SEO factors required for the site. Please comment on the site navigation, design and site speed. How can I reduce the site load time?
Also please give suggestions on how to participate on adwords. And also what all marketing campaigns to choose.

The aim is to make Wubb - a complete social business networking hub.
