    Its clear and easy to nagavate but I noticed one thing. When you hold the cursor over the bowflex menu item a have page of code appears rather than "view all post about..." text.

    Good layout, nice content. Personally I feel this is the standard type of wordpress theme but it works and the main thing that matters is the content you have so I say good job.

    Alright I guess. Its clean, but dosen't really fit a fitness/exercise blog.
