Seems like a nice simple design and concept. Easy to follow. I would recommend showcasing some of the advertisers that you're currently working with, if any.

 

For me to sign up for your program I would need to know a lot more information. Your site is very thin on detail. You need an "About Us" page, "Contact Us" page to give credibility and instill a little confidence.

Also on the FAQ page your footer comes a third of the way up the page. It needs repositioning.

 

The design seems to be too amateurish for my liking also your contact me link doesn't work.

It's too amateurish looking as it is.
You would need to spruce it up with at least some kind of image or graphic.
And also put a bit more text on in it, what you have is too minimal.
