please review why google do not show relevant ads

please help me what i did not well Google do not show ads on my blogs and sites relevant ads
only link unit are relevant
on blog http://www.diggart.blogspot.com
and http://www.lol-joks.blogspot.com

site http://www.paktech.co.cc only link units are relevant and banners and other ads are not relevant what should i do???
