    forum in default style (not attractive)
    no custom header
    no use of subforums (more userfriendly & easier to search)


    lots of work on your forum if you want it to look attractive and attract users mate.

    Need a better logo and header.
    Even thought it may be default template, the Design and layout is nice and clean. Easy on the eyes.

    Build back links and market it well. Have some incentives for people who make new meaningful threads and actively participate.
