The site looks really good.. Nice speed, good combination of colors, really nice logo.. For the design 9/10 and for the name 8/10..
I think the layout is good however, there's too much blue that's close to each other. I'd recommend dividing some of the blue up to make the boxes compliment each other. Adding some additional colors would help as well.
Here's my little insight for improvements for this website. From Saturday to Wednesday or the left to the right in the weather reports, They should have different colours to portray the different days leading from the left to the right. Dark to light would be a good idea for this. "Nearby locations" links need to be changed to white or another colour as it blends too well with the background and I can hardly see it. It seems the text is too close to the readings you have in this area too. example http://prntscr.com/1ewegq I'd separate that out and add bold to the definitions before the readings. Logo is nice but the text could use a touch of uniqueness to it as it's too generic. Hope that helps you, Antz

I like the website design, especially the color of light blue. However, the domain name of atorb or at0rb is not easy for me as a Chinese to remember.
