    The website is really very fast to load. Contains images on every page. Need to work on the logo. Hire someone or design a new one that's up to you. As @yanpub said you need to get another theme. You should focus more on the design part to make it attractive. Change the font-style its boring. Rearrange the main menu tab, the support and contact us should be the last. Add sitemap to the website. Add Facebook plug-in instead of the image. Add "subscribe us" option so that your visitors stay in touch. Don't put copyright in the contact us section.

    yeah..I agree with Yanpub that you need to Change the theme.

    Plus,

    1) Change the logo.Make if better.
    2) Plus Tagline should not be bigger like this.Make is small and meaning full.
    3) Top Header image is also need to be change.Put Flow image like how anyone can sell script easily.this way user can easily get idea.
    4) Image is not that much good.Image need to be clear and Large.
