There are some design issues like the search box looking out of place, but if you want usability comment, my only comment is that the save button is towards the left. It should be beneath the form.. so that I don't have to drag my mouse pointer sideways..
Move "Source Name" up above "Genre". This will keep the visitor from going back and forth between mouse and keyboard. Save button is out of place like previously mentioned. I would just work on that save button anyhow, it looks sloppy compared to rest of site.
