Interesting website in general... simple but might be profitable clear layout.. But as an advice: you should consider adding few targeted keywords of your niche in the Title tag of the page
Also, people looking for a proxy server does not really need info on proxy servers in the front page Better transfer it to another page, and just put a simple something on the front page. Proxy server users may also have to do it without the people beside them noticing, so removing the terms "proxy" server from the page, or at least rendering them in a small size font, would be useful.
It's not too bad but maybe get image ads instead of text based ads to stop the horrible written content clash.
Too much white in your site.. Add some background color or spice up the site with some banners and a good logo..
The site looks too simple and no attractive features added with that. The title and logo looks very simple, just change the style into some other graphics mode, it will give better look for your site..
