the brown top design does not match the blue color scheme of the forum. changing that to earthy colors such as browns and yellows should make it "match."
Thanks for the review (much better than the one above you), but what exactly do you mean by brown and yellows? Dark yellow (which kinda looks brownish)? Or bright yellow? Which just looks, yellow.
I think the idea is to make create color harmonies, the blue color for the forum threads and headings is too contrasting with the header image. Just make the background color for the forum headers i.e. the ones with General Area, Statistics etc, make that brown. And the background color for the area right below that, try orange-ish color and see if you get a consistent themed look.

You could definitely make the title in the header image bigger, bolder, and more centered. Black would be a better choice of color than blue.
