is your site trickyfly.com ? The blog? If it is, I would remove the enter page that makes the visitor wait.. you can lose quite a few by having that there
The site looks much better what I think needs to be done is some cellpadding on the table, the content touches to the edge too much.
i dont really like the design although i must say its really fast and it even has thumbnail previews.
I will just smoothen the edges of the Menus, color and stuff if well done, I don't you should change anything else
