I like the layout overall, but it could use some more color. The black and white is a little dull to me. I would render a nice logo as well. The content looks fine, could use more but at least every video has description. I would however remove "YouTube's Top Videos".
Nice site but a bit dull. add more colors I think you should categorize the videos the way youtube categorized it, because you get your videos from youtube anyway. good luck!
