    hi..

    - you can add image logo at header.
    - try another gradient color for 3 button at the right side.
    - add border or shadow for the right and left side main table.

    Just my opinion...

    Site looks good but kind of like other sites. Kind of hard to see the text near the bottom as the blue fades.

    Any thing else that makes it a brand or some other like, from SEO points of view is it ok?

    It think must have article and News section..
