    That theme does not work well with your site you should get a unique theme and a logo.

    Make sure to check your English. Your tag line currently reads: "in this forum contains all money making programs and about computers and internet"

    To make it more compelling (and correct grammatically :) you might want to try something like: "A forum about making money online and improving your programming skills"

    If English is difficult for you, you might want to look through other similar, successful sites to get some ideas for how to phrase things....
