Please Review this site

    My Boss really likes the design of this site. But I am concerned because only a few of the pages have a page rank. The ones that do have a strong one but I am not sure this is the right kind of site for us. I need the site to rank well. Please give me any of your ideas. Thank you.

    I could be dead wrong, but I wouldn't blame the design for lack of PR on internal pages. Maybe you're not building enough backlinks directly to them or something. :)
