    Just make sure the text on the gray will not be white make it bold black.

    it is really good design, but why you use HTML 4.01 Transitional (51 Errors) and iso-8859-1 encoding?
    Also, you do not have the description meta tag.

    As a few others have said its a nice site. The only thing I really did not care for is the font size. When dealing with older people they might not be able to read the information.

    thank you guys.. I really appreciate your feedback.. and I agree on the font..
    was WAAY too small..
    I tried different fonts and sizes.. but it just didnt look right..

    so.. re-designed.. again..

    would love some more feedback..

    oh, and all the errors, were open <br>
    I guess I was too lazy to close them right <br /> lol
