    You'll need to make it more obvious as to what the site is exactly, people generally take 1~3 seconds scanning a website - so the aim o the website should be clear, or they'll leave.

    It took me a while to figure out what your site was about. I did finally notice the box. You should put in a few details and explain what the site is about. On first glance it looks like an empty site full of ads.

    it's scans yahoo id's to see if they are online, offline or invisible.

    I think there could be more changes needed for your site. Add some more images and colors in the home page. And use some other different font, colors for the content, looks great.
