Please review this site, scared of being banned.

First sorry for the duplicated post, I have posted this in another forum which was not the best one for this question.

I am not sure about google's policy regarding site like this one:

Do I risk to get banned if I continue showing adsense ads on this site? all the videos are available for free on megavideo.com...

Unless megavideo.com has permission to distribute the videos (which they almost certainly do not) it's copyright infringement, which is obviously against the Adsense Program Policies. I'd say yes, you do risk getting banned.

You wont be banned. I have adsense on my streaming sites also. Anime and smallville

 

I've seen a few streaming sites with adsense... however I'm convinced their at risk.

I want to put adsense on my own site (View Family Guy Online) but I'm worried it would be at risk of being banned.

However for example the huge sites WTFO.net (Family guy) and WTSO.net (Simpsons) have millions of views+ between them. They also have adsense banners amongst other companies but they haven't been banned. So I might take a risk and give it a go. If a site attracting tens of thousands of people per day isn't catching the attention of google I don't really know what would.

 

any site with copyright content would have high risk to be banned by google...

be aware on that..

 

But, there are other alternative way to earn money from ads..

And it fully acceptable for Video Blog which contains more copyright content..

just make sure the videos you post don't violate the Google Terms of Service. otherwise, you should be fine.
